CANCELLATION POLICY

1. In the event of cancellation, a written notification must be sent by email to tsieq2024@gmail.com. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.

2.     Refund Requests

- Until September 30, 2024: full refunds after the administration and transfer fees have been deducted.

- Until October 15, 2024: 40 percent of the payment plus the administration and transfer fees will be withheld.

- After October 15, 2014: no refunds will be made. Refund requests after this date will not be considered.

3.   Please note that all bank charges for remittance will be deducted from the amount of refunds, and all approved refunds will be processed after the conference.

1.  Please fill out the on-line registration form (https://tsieq2024.iaq.org.tw/) thoroughly to ensure your right to participate in TSIEQ 2024.

2.  Please provide copies of the following items for TSIEQ 2024 organizers to complete the registration process: the bank money transfer or wire transfer record, the registration payment notification, the remitter’s name, and the Student I.D. Card (for student non-member).

3.  Please report to the registration desk 30 minutes before the scheduled time of the conference.  All conference materials including payment receipt will be handed out on-site at the registration desk.

4.  The organizers reserve the right to make necessary adjustments of speakers and activity contents without prior notice.
