【IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT】TSIEQ 2024：Typhoon Contingency Guidelines – Transition to Online Conference

Dear participants and attendees,

I hope this message reaches you well. With great regret, we must inform you that due to the impending typhoon expected to reach Taiwan later this weekend, the conference will now be held online to prioritize everyone’s safety. While this was a difficult decision, the health and well-being of all our participants remain our top priority.

The full program will proceed as scheduled, with all sessions now taking place via Google Meet. Further technical details will soon be available on the official TSIEQ conference website (https://tsieq2024.iaq.org.tw/online/).

For our plenary and student paper competition speakers, we kindly request that you upload your presentation files and be prepared to present live online as per the original schedule. For poster competition participants, please upload your poster files as well.

Links for both presentation and poster file submission will be posted on the TSIEQ conference website. Additional announcements and updates will also be shared there, so we encourage you to stay informed.
